Carers Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Carers Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Carers Support Specialist, you will work closely with our Children’s Social Work team, supporting individuals with complex needs and delivering high-quality care.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a strong background in Health & Social Care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for applying SEND legislation, developing Care Plans, preparing reports, and communicating effectively with colleagues and professionals.
Skills and Qualifications- NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Current CRB check and full driving license.
