Specialist Teaching Role

This position involves providing specialist teaching and support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). We require a highly skilled and experienced teacher to join our team.

The Spencer Clarke Group Ltd. is a provider of education services for students with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

  • Person-Centred Support: Provide individualised support to students with complex needs.
  • Leading by Example: Develop a deep understanding of Ofsted requirements and lead by example in implementing best practices.
  • Innovative Curriculum Delivery: Design and deliver innovative curricula tailored to meet the unique needs of students with SEMH and ASC.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure the organisation's compliance with the latest Ofsted Education Inspection Framework and Independent School Standards.
  • Safe and Nurturing Environment: Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and mental well-being.
  • Leadership Development: Demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills, with a track record of raising standards.
  • Motivating and Supporting Staff: Skilled at motivating, driving, and supporting staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Supporting Complex Needs: Knowledgeable about the unique challenges of working with students with SEMH, ASC, and additional needs.
  • Effective Communication: Experienced in communicating effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders.
  • Positive School Culture: An empathetic and committed professional with the ability to inspire and foster a positive school culture.

Salary and Benefits: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
