Special Needs Education Specialist Vacancy

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Special Needs Education Specialist to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support students in their academic, social, and personal development.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to students with complex needs, including autism and profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). You will work in a collaborative environment to ensure that students receive the highest quality education and care.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with special educational needs and be passionate about making a difference in their lives. You will be flexible and willing to adapt to the unique needs of each student.

  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to support students with complex needs.
