Special Needs Education Support Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate teaching assistant to provide specialist 1:1 support to a pupil in Key Stage 4 at a special school in Erdington. The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a special school setting, with a strong understanding of Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).
Key Responsibilities:- Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) tailored to the student's unique needs and abilities.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure the student receives personalised support and intervention.
The ideal candidate will have patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to working with children with SEN. This is a full-time role, 8:30am-3:30pm, offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
