• Work in partnership with other professionals to ensure a multi-agency approach, enabling the adult and/or their carer to live as independently as possible.
• Apply relevant legislation, policy, procedures, and social work theory autonomously to support adults at risk of abuse or neglect.
• Represent service, adult, and carer views at meetings, exchanging information, making decisions, and reviewing progress.

Requirements:
• Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
