Requirements:

  • A proven track record of working with students with SEMH needs, with a strong understanding of behaviour management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
