We are looking for individuals who have experience working with challenging students and are eager to make a positive impact in a school environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong behaviour management skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and possess a flexible approach to work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students, promoting their pastoral and personal development.
- Assist in managing the behaviour of students who require additional support.
- Patrol the school premises to ensure student safety and well-being.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working with teenagers.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Team player attitude with a positive and flexible approach to work.
- Experience within an SEMH school or setting.
In Return, Successful Candidates Will Receive:
