We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our educational support team, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  2. Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  3. Provide emotional and behavioral support to students, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and engaged.
  4. Support students during lessons, activities, and breaks, promoting their well-being and academic development.
  5. Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless support for students.
