We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Student Administrator at Queen Alexandra College. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with students, staff, and external partners to support the social, emotional, and personal development of our students.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a real difference to the lives of students with special educational needs. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students, providing guidance and support, and promoting academic growth and self-confidence.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain accurate records and reports.

We offer a competitive salary of £16,160 - £18,362 per annum, depending on experience, plus access to a range of benefits including cycle-to-work scheme, 24/7 employee assistance programme, and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • To establish and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and external partners.
  • To provide guidance and support to students, promoting academic growth and self-confidence.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with college policies and procedures.
  • To contribute to the development of positive behaviour support plans for students.
