Student Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to contribute to the effective management and coordination of our academy-wide behaviour systems.
This role will involve supervising students during lunchtimes and maintaining a safe, calm and orderly environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who require additional support, excellent communication skills, and a Level 4 qualification or equivalent teaching status.
Estimated Salary: £23,656 per annum (pro rata)
