The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused Sales Executive to join our Meetings and Events team at The Cumberland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our Meeting and Events facilities to prospective clients and acting as the main point of contact for coordinating their events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless event experience
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
