Job Title: Centre Assistant Manager

Join our team as a Centre Assistant Manager at Formula One Autocentres, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and sales results
  • Conduct vehicle services and repairs to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Support other centres as needed, promoting a collaborative and supportive team culture
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance and stock control
  • Comply with reasonable instructions from management, promoting a culture of accountability and responsibility

Working Hours:

8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week. Sunday working with a supplementary payment

Salary:

Dependent on experience

Holiday:

20 days per year, plus statutory holidays
