Premier Automotive Centre Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Centre Manager to join our team at Premier Automotive. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our centre, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and care, minimizing complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Sales Growth: Increase sales of products and services offered by Premier Automotive, in accordance with company procedures.
  3. Employee Development: Identify training needs for employees to progress and develop within the company.
  4. Vehicle Service and Repair: Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  5. Centre Support: Support other centres, as required, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  6. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety, compliance, and stock control.
  7. Communication: Liaise with Head Office and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
