Job Title: Centre Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Assistant Manager to join our team at Formula One Autocentres. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our centre, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
  • Manage and motivate a team of centre staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the centre's cleanliness and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop centre staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with the centre manager to develop and implement business plans, ensuring the centre meets its financial and operational targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, compliance, and stock control.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a centre management or supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
  • Basic IT skills, with the ability to use software applications and systems.
