• **Centre Operations**: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the centre, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.

• **Team Management**: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

• **Business Development**: Identify opportunities for business growth, develop and implement strategies to achieve this, and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution.
