Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all sales targets and KPIs are achieved
Maintain the cleanliness of the centre and its equipment
Increase sales of products and services offered by the company
Recruit and interview employees for the centre
Identify training needs for employees to progress and develop within the company
Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle
Support other centres when necessary
Adhere to the company's policies and procedures, including health and safety, compliance, and stock control
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and leadership skills
