Centre Assistant Manager

Join Formula One Autocentres as a Centre Assistant Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and customer service skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and care, while also driving sales and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and motivate a team of centre staff to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety procedures and company policies
  • Recruit, train, and develop centre staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively
  • Contribute to the development of centre strategies and plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with other centre managers and head office teams to share best practices and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and customer service skills, with experience in a similar role
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve business objectives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and achieving targets
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and company policies
