**Job Summary**

Formula One Autocentres is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Centre Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Centre, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure that customers receive the best possible service and care, minimizing complaints and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Centre and its equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Recruit, interview, and train Centre staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Conduct regular service and repair operations on all makes of vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Support other Centres as needed, providing assistance and expertise to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adhere to the Company's policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Compliance, and Stock Control.
  • Comply with reasonable instructions from Management and contribute to the development of the Centre's strategic plan.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a Centre Management or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop Centre staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and its trends, with a strong understanding of the Company's products and services.
