Working Hours:
The standard operational hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday until 4:00 PM. Specific working hours will be discussed during the interview process.

Salary is based on experience.

Annual Leave:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to minimize complaints.

• Achieve all sales objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service centre and its equipment consistently.

• Drive sales of products and services in line with established procedures.

• Oversee the recruitment and interviewing process for all centre staff.

• Identify training requirements for staff to facilitate their growth and development within the organization.

• Provide support to other centres as needed.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety regulations, compliance, and inventory management.

• Follow reasonable directives from management.

• Company-provided uniforms must be kept clean and presentable at all times.

• Collaborate with Head Office and other departments as necessary.

This position reports directly to the Regional Manager.
