We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to join our team at Formula One Autocentres. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and care, while also achieving sales targets and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Centre and its equipment.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit and train new employees to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Support other Centres as needed and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
