Job Summary

This exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Client Money Team within our Broker Network business, part of the wider Ardonagh Advisory organization. You will be responsible for the accurate reconciliation of our Members' Insurer accounts to their financial systems in accordance with regulatory requirements and agreed service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconciliation of Insurer Settlements for allocated members in accordance with regulatory requirements, Insurer requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Management of own workload to ensure work is being completed to the agreed Service Levels (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Communication and building relations with external Brokers & businesses to investigate and resolve any queried transactions, resolving these effectively and providing great customer service.
  • Fulfilling responsibilities in line with agreed processes to achieve agreed objectives, and in doing so, ensuring compliance with the client and insurer money rules within the regulatory framework, identifying and recording any breaches of regulatory rules.
  • Ensuring successful completion of training and assessment exercises as assigned from the Compliance and Training Department.
  • Willingsness and ability to apply existing skills to other ad-hoc tasks, as required by management.

Requirements

This is an opportunity for a detailed orientated, organized, proactive individual with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively and who can process high volumes quickly and accurately. We're looking for a customer focused individual who thrives on providing an exceptional service to customers by working on their own and as part of a team.

Experience within a financial services regulated role and an understanding of financial systems would be advantageous. However, full training will be given so if you're detail focused and a quick learner with a passion for accuracy, this could be a great opportunity for you.
