Job Title: Insurer Reconciliation Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Client Money Team within the Ardonagh Group, a leading provider of insurance and financial services. As an Insurer Reconciliation Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate reconciliation of our members' insurer accounts to their broking systems, in accordance with FCA regulations and agreed service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile insurer settlements for allocated members, adhering to FCA regulations, insurer requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Manage your workload to ensure timely completion of tasks, meeting agreed service levels and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with external brokers and businesses to investigate and resolve queried transactions, providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with client and insurer money rules within the FCA Handbook, identifying and recording any breaches of FCA rules.
  • Participate in training and assessment exercises as assigned by the Compliance and Training Department.
  • Be willing to apply existing skills to other ad-hoc tasks, as required by management.
Requirements:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to process high volumes quickly and accurately. Experience within an FCA-regulated role and an understanding of insurance broking systems would be advantageous, but full training will be provided. If you are a quick learner with a passion for accuracy, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
