Job Title: Insurer Reconciliation Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Client Money Team within Ardonagh Advisory's Broker Network business. As an Insurer Reconciliation Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate reconciliation of our Members' Insurer accounts to their broking systems, in accordance with FCA regulations and agreed service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile Insurer Settlements for allocated members, adhering to FCA regulations, Insurer requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Manage your workload to meet agreed Service Levels (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Communicate and build relationships with external Brokers & businesses to investigate and resolve queried transactions, providing excellent customer service.
  • Fulfill responsibilities in line with agreed processes to achieve objectives, ensuring compliance with the client and insurer money rules within the FCA Handbook, identifying and recording any breaches of FCA rules.
  • Complete training and assessment exercises as assigned from the Compliance and Training Department.
  • Be willing to apply existing skills to other ad-hoc tasks, as required by management.
Requirements:
  • A detailed and organized individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to process high volumes quickly and accurately.
  • A customer-focused individual who thrives on providing an exceptional service to customers.
  • Experience within an FCA regulated role and an understanding of Insurance Broking systems would be advantageous.
