Insurer Reconciliation Executive
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Client Money Team within our Broker Network business, part of the Ardonagh Group. As an Insurer Reconciliation Executive, you will be responsible for the accurate reconciliation of our Members\u0027 Insurer accounts to their broking systems in accordance with FCA regulations and agreed service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of Insurer Settlements for allocated members in accordance with FCA regulations, Insurer requirements and internal procedures.
- Management of own workload to ensure work is being completed to the agreed Service Levels (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Communication and building relations with external Brokers & businesses to investigate and resolve any queried transactions, resolving these effectively and providing great customer service.
- Fulfilling responsibilities in line with agreed processes to achieve agreed objectives, and in doing so, ensuring compliance with the client and insurer money rules within the FCA Handbook, identifying and recording any breaches of FCA rules.
- Ensuring successful completion of training and assessment exercises as assigned from the Compliance and Training Department.
- Willingsness and ability to apply existing skills to other ad-hoc tasks, as required by management.
Requirements
This is an opportunity for a detailed orientated, organised, proactive individual with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively and who can process high volumes quickly and accurately. We\u0027re looking for a customer focused individual who thrives on providing an exceptional service to customers by working on their own and as part of a team.
Experience within an FCA regulated role and an understanding of Insurance Broking systems would be advantageous. However, full training will be given so if you\u0027re detail focused and a quick learner with a passion for accuracy, this could be a great opportunity for you.
This is a hybrid role once training is complete with 2, maybe 3 days per week in the office in Leeds.
