About the Role

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Provide customers with product information and support
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with your team members to achieve overall business goals
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience working in a similar office environment
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident telephone manner and customer-focused attitude
  • Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Sage Line 50 or similar accounting software
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or equivalent
  • Proven ability to work to and achieve targets
  • Additional sales training or certifications are a plus
