Job Summary

The Sales Representative role at OEC is a dynamic opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving sales growth and achieving personal KPIs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing our company and manufacturers, identifying sales opportunities, and leveraging product promotions to achieve specific goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound sales calls to customers to build relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Take inbound calls from customers and handle enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Achieve personal KPIs and objectives with target customers, utilizing product promotions and sales strategies to drive results.
  • Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base, utilizing market knowledge and product awareness.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collate feedback from the customer base on a regular basis to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Be a confident and capable communicator with proven experience of selling in a fast-paced environment.
  • Focus on providing a great customer service experience, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Have the ability to relate well to others and work as part of a team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a professional telephone manner and be IT literate with knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
