About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant for Children with Autism. You will be working closely with children who have autism, supporting them in the classroom and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to children with autism in the classroom.
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery.
  • Support children with challenging behaviour, using positive strategies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Experience working with children with autism or similar needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS check.

We estimate that the salary for this role is around £23,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
