SEN Teaching Support Professional

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs in a resource base provision within a Primary School in Walsall.
This is a Full-Time role starting in January 2025 and will continue for the rest of the academic year. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working collaboratively with the teaching staff to ensure individualised support plans are implemented.
Job Description:- Supporting Pupils: You will be supporting pupils with complex needs in a resource base provision, developing good relationships with children with additional needs.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a SEN school setting or provision. Previous experience working with special needs, challenging behaviour, and personal care assistance is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaboration: Working collaboratively with the teaching staff to ensure individualised support plans are implemented.
- Pupil Support: Supporting pupils with complex needs in a resource base provision.
- Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a UK school, in either permanent or long-term roles.
- Safeguarding: Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year.
