We are seeking an experienced Teaching Professional to join our team at a specialist SEND school in Walsall. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality teaching and support to students with a range of special needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, physical disabilities, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.

Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to provide holistic care and education, adapting teaching methods and resources to ensure accessibility for all students, and following school policies on safeguarding, behaviour management, and individual education plans (IEPs).

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with SEMH needs, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and personal growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, experience working with children with SEND in a school setting is highly desirable, and a good understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
