About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients registered with our practices. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive primary care services.

The successful candidate will have current NMC registration, experience of working in a Primary Care environment, and a commitment to patient care. A strong understanding of evidence-based practice and the ability to use it to develop and maintain high-quality clinically effective and cost-effective primary care is essential.

This is a part-time role, offering flexible hours and a supportive work environment. You will be supported by a Clinical lead, GP's, PNs, Pharmacists, HCA, and Paramedics, with opportunities for clinical progression and training support.
