Join Our Multi-Disciplinary Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Nurse to join our expanding team at Greyfriars Surgery in Boston. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the development of our team.

About the Role
  • Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients.
  • Support the delivery of policy and procedures, and support the training of GP Registrars and other nursing staff as required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment/interventions and care for patients presenting with an undifferentiated diagnosis.
  • Support patients in adopting health promotion strategies that promote healthy lifestyles and apply principles of self-care.
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration.
  • Fundamentals of Practice Nursing course (General Practice Nurse Foundation Programme) or equivalent experience or qualifications.
Salary

£38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
