Join our dedicated team of professionals as a Band 6 Nursing Position in the Crisis Team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will work closely with individuals experiencing acute mental health episodes, providing high-quality clinical care and support.
You will be responsible for assessing, treating, and developing comprehensive discharge plans for patients using advanced clinical reasoning skills and appropriate assessment tools. You will also participate in Clinical Governance activities, including induction, supervision, personal development review, health and safety, risk management, and audit.
