At Travis Perkins, we are seeking an exceptional Regional Sales Office Manager to lead our sales team in the Birmingham and surrounding area. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering sales growth, managing customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive sales
