We are a dynamic company looking for a talented Strategic Growth Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Flagship Pod of Open Programmes, driving growth and change in the business world.

As a Strategic Growth Director, you will work closely with our clients to identify opportunities for growth and development. You will lead our strategic initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve business objectives.

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 per annum, plus benefits package including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with experience in leading strategic initiatives and driving growth. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
