Reporting to the Head of Financial Operations, responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Transformation and improvement activities_
- Leading the ongoing alignment activities with Schneider Electric, the parent company. These include a change in year end, presentational currency, chart of accounts and consolidation methodology.
- Upgrade and transformation of the current HFM reporting system to support the alignment activities.
- Management of the impact of other system changes on accounting and consolidation, including ERP transitions
- Groupwide audit_
- Co-ordination of the external audit process, including a December year end audit and June interim review;
- Preparation of papers and presentation at the quarterly Finance and Governance Committee; and
- Management of the group wide audit fees.
- Leadership of Group Accounting Team_

Leadership of the Group Accounting team and line management of 3 direct reports, responsible for:

- Revenue recognition: technical guidance, IFRS 15 policy, supporting development of commercial models
- Technical accounting: group accounting manual, groupwide technical training, consolidated financial statements, ad hoc technical queries, accounting papers
- Consolidation and group reporting: monthly consolidation and internal reporting, management of reporting timetable, issuance of instructions to financial controllers, submission of monthly group reporting to parent
