Job Description

We seek a consultant to develop and write technical annexes for the client's Green Climate Fund (GCF) proposal, including market-facing studies, emission reduction assessments, and supporting documentation aligned with GCF's template and analytical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop approximately 15 GCF-required annexes, including market assessments and emission reduction analyses.
  • Align each annex with the GCF's specified templates and submission standards.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and relevance to GCF funding objectives, focusing on climate impact.

Requirements

Experience

  • Prior experience in grant writing or proposal development for GCF or similar institutions.
  • Background in conducting climate impact assessments and emissions analyses.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with GCF annex templates and requirements preferred.
  • Ability to perform detailed market research and data analysis for climate-focused projects.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Capacity for detail-oriented work within specific guidelines.

Working Arrangement

This role is remote, collaborating virtually with the team. The expected start date is mid-November, with a timeline extending to mid-January, allowing for holiday schedules. We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 for this 2-month project.
