Job Title: Senior Climate Impact Consultant

Job Summary:

Sagana Consulting is seeking a Senior Climate Impact Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Climate Impact Consultant, you will be responsible for leading projects related to climate impact through investment, including themes such as adaptation and resilience, just transition, and mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively lead projects related to climate impact through investment, including themes such as adaptation and resilience, just transition, and mitigation.
  • Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across multiple projects at once, by building and directing workplans, timelines and budgets
  • Effectively develop and deepen relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders – both to execute on projects and to build Sagana's network
  • Bring new relationships and strengthen existing client relationships that generate new business for Sagana. Write proposals and pitch new projects to both existing and new clients

Requirements:

  • Have at least 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years actively working in a well-established consulting firm. You know how to be a great consultant
  • Experience developing and growing climate projects in emerging markets working with catalytic capital such as foundations, corporations, and other global actors. We are looking for someone to help shape and grow this business line
  • Experience working with culturally diverse client and colleague teams is necessary You are a global citizen who thrives working remotely and across time-zones
  • Proven project management skills in growing complex projects with multiple and diverse stakeholders. You like to build new ventures and your commitment to quality is unwavering
  • Skilled communicator, both written and oral. Fearless in delivering complex messages
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
