Senior Consultant - Climate Change & Carbon

We are seeking an experienced climate change and carbon consultant to join our team. As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex climate and carbon projects for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing new business in climate change and carbon and coordinating its delivery.
  2. Delivering carbon accounting and reporting, and implementing carbon strategies with clients.
  3. Working in tandem with our other service offerings to deliver joined-up client outcomes.
  4. Coordinating and delivering training to clients on climate change and carbon.
  5. Acting as an expert link between our consultancy business and the sustainability tool business.

Requirements:

  1. Deep experience and expertise in climate change macro-level issues, carbon accounting and reporting.
  2. Experience of engaging senior directors and commercial stakeholders to identify new opportunities.
  3. Understanding and experience of related sustainability impacts, such as air quality, waste and resource efficiency.
  4. A clear understanding of the interactions between clients, suppliers/contractors, budget holders, and other stakeholders.
  5. Experience of delivering training, facilitating interactive workshops, and public speaking.
  6. Strong organisational skills to manage a diverse portfolio of projects.
