Senior Director, Impact Investing Consulting

Sagana Consulting is seeking a seasoned Senior Director to lead our impact investing consulting practice, with a focus on climate initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will drive multiple projects simultaneously across various high-growth industries and client types.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project scopes informed by our investment side, focusing on climate impact through investment, adaptation, resilience, just transition, and mitigation.
  • Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across multiple projects by building and directing workplans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Establish and deepen relationships with diverse stakeholders to execute projects and build Sagana's network.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in a well-established consulting firm.
  • Experience developing and growing climate projects in emerging markets, working with catalytic capital.
  • Proven project management skills in growing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
