Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our content department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that align with our business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and relevant content that meets the needs of our diverse audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of content across all channels.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing new content formats to refining existing ones. You will also contribute to the development of our content strategy, working closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities and drive business growth.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with business objectives
  • Create engaging and relevant content that meets the needs of diverse audiences
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of content across all channels
  • Contribute to the development of content strategy, working closely with senior leaders
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality content
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in content development or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
