About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Financial Strategist to join our team at Jagex Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide financial expertise and recommendations.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Present financial findings and recommendations to the Executive team.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key financial metrics and trends.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience and strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • Significant leadership experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a PE-backed business or similar environment.
  • Comprehensive expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Proven aptitude for strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
