Job Title: PA / Office Administrator Part Time - 4 days

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a PA / Office Administrator in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial and business support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence, and create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist colleagues as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
What We Offer:
  • A salary range of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.
