Support Worker for Children and Young Adults

Job Description:We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Workers for Children and Young Adults. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children in care, supporting them in all aspects of their lives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children and young people
- Assisting with daily routines, including working in the community and educational settings
- Organizing and facilitating social activities
- Transportation and crisis intervention
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience working within a child and/or young adult setting
- All candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations
- Knowledge in one of the following areas: EBD, SEMH, CSE or SEN/SEND
- Diploma level 3/children's and young people (desirable level 4)
- An enhanced DBS and Full UK Driving License
We offer a competitive salary range of £13.45 - £20.17 per week, flexible shifts, free practical training, ongoing support and further development opportunities, and eligibility for a Blue Light Card.
