Therapeutic Mentor for Young People

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Therapeutic Mentor to join our team at Lagom Children's Residential Home in Worcester Park. As a key worker, you will be responsible for supporting young people with daily activities, ensuring their well-being and safety, and helping them build independence and social skills.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work on their own initiative, and a child-focused approach. A HSC qualification (level 3) is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive pay package starting from £25,000 per annum, paid holiday, birthday leave, and a tailored training program. We also offer an annual bonus, maternity/paternity/paid sick leave, and progression routes following probation.
