**Job Description:**

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires empathy, pragmatism, and academic skills to raise attainment among students with EHCPs (Education Health Care Plans) and associated learning difficulties. You will work closely with students who have SEMH needs, Autism, ADHD, OCD, Dyslexia, and other challenges. Our LSA role offers a mix of vocational subjects, including computing, hairdressing, PE, and the performative arts, as well as core maths and English.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Psychology or Criminology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students with complex needs
  • Strong academic skills to support student learning

**Salary and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary of £85+ per day PAYE, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm. You will also receive comprehensive training in MAPA and ABA techniques.
