Job Description

Networker Global Limited seeks a skilled Social Care Professional to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with families and children to assess their needs, develop strategies for improvement, and collaborate with various stakeholders to create positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case management: taking ownership of a diverse caseload and providing high-quality social work services
  • Assessment and planning: conducting comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, risks, and needs, and developing SMART plans to address these areas
  • Safeguarding: engaging in child protection investigations and working collaboratively with families to ensure children's safety
  • Partnership work: building strong relationships with agencies to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • Professional Social Work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent)
  • HCPC registration
  • Significant experience in statutory settings
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks

Salary & Benefits:
