Job Title: Children's Social Work Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Children's Social Work Professional to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our social work team, you will be responsible for managing complex caseloads, including individuals, children, carers, and families who require support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex caseload of individuals, children, carers, and families requiring support and guidance.
  • Demonstrate professional judgement in risk assessment and decision-making.
  • Use professional skills to promote independence, provide support, and protect vulnerable groups.
  • Lead positive interventions to prevent deterioration in health and wellbeing.
  • Undertake assessments and planning for safeguarding in complex cases.

Requirements:

  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in managing social work caseloads and supervising others.
  • Knowledge of children's health and social care systems.
