Job Role: Support Assistant for Children with Autism and Special Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to join our team at Academics. As a Support Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced staff to provide individualized support to children with Autism and special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist children with daily tasks and activities
  • Support children with communication and social skills
  • Help children develop independence and confidence
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to develop individualized plans
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow

Requirements:

  • Psychology graduate or related field
  • Experience working with children with Autism and special needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
