Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated School Youth Worker to join our team at a Secondary SEMH Provision in Burnley. As a School Youth Worker, you will work closely with students, staff, and parents to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

The successful candidate will have:

  1. A strong understanding of child development and behavior.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will be responsible for implementing strategies to promote student well-being, developing effective relationships with students, and contributing to the overall success of the provision. The estimated salary for this position is £11.00 per hour. We offer a range of benefits, including 7% statutory holiday pay, free child protection and prevent duty training, and a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
