Teacher Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a motivated and empathetic Cover Supervisor to join our team at a specialist SEMH school in Burnley. In this role, you will work closely with students who have experienced difficulties in accessing education, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to think creatively, and a passion for helping students overcome challenges. A background in teaching or education is not necessary, but experience working with vulnerable students is highly desirable.

As a Cover Supervisor with Tradewind, you will benefit from competitive daily rates of pay, comprehensive training, and ongoing support from our dedicated consultants. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
We require our Cover Supervisors to commit to working full-time hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Rates of pay range from £90-£130 per day, depending on experience.
